Equipment Overview:

The equipment is an automatic production line which makes the galvanized strips through the uncoiling, leveling, servo punching, cold forming, cutting to be the photovoltaic profiles. Equipped with our researched and developed rolling mechanism, the efficiency of whole line can be greatly improved to more than double. At present the punching speed can be more than 40m/min.


Features:

1. Roll forming passes layout scientific and reasonable. The range of soft and hard degree of galvanized steel strip is wide for this equipment. It is not easy to damage the zinc layer of galvanized strip in the rolling process.

2. Can choose the traditional servo feeding punch or a new roller punching to punch, fast and high efficiency. The equipment is continuous cold bending and servo tracking hydraulic cutting after punching to achieve non-stop continuous discharge.

3. The whole line PLC control system, frequency control. The movement of the components is consistent to achieve maximum efficiency.

4. Operators only need 1-2 workers.

The production line feeds are driven by Japanese servo motors and can be equipped with a variety of specifications and output products according to customer needs. When it is required to produce products of different lengths, simply select them directly on the touch screen of the computer and no mechanical adjustment is required. Really realize the humanized intelligent menu management function, greatly improving the production efficiency, reducing the production cost, scrap rate and labor intensity. With multi-station operation, the main operating table is located between the hydraulic press and the molding machine. Hand-held controls are provided for easier handling and higher efficiency. There are missing material shutdown, counting, output to stop, transmission abnormal, emergency stop, card mode, limit and other alarm functions.
