Due to large demand, we put the production efficiency in the first place at the beginning of the design. Process:

Feeding (Manually) -sheet metal leveling - cold forming - profile straightening - measuring hole length - pneumatic clamping - hydraulic automatic punching, cutting - unloading (Manually)


Equipment Overview:

The equipment is an automatic production line that will strip the steel plate through uncoil, leveling, cold forming, length punching, cutting in one production line of the solid carport wave plate.


Features:

Hydrogen Reduction Process

The hot-rolled continuous galvanizing production line adopted by our company adopts a more modern atmospheric reduction process, and its appearance quality and coating adhesion are better than solvent-based galvanizing (ammonium chloride solvent galvanization was invented in 1837, and hydrogen Reduction method galvanized invented in 1937, hydrogen reduction method of hot-dip galvanizing laid the basis for modern continuous galvanizing). Reduction galvanizing After the steel strip is acid-washed, it enters the heating reduction furnace. It can use hydrogen to reduce the oxide film produced after pickling. In the process of heating and reduction, the surface layer of the steel plate produces a layer of sponge-like reduction layer and enters into zinc. After the pot, a layer of zinc-iron alloy with good two-way binding force can be produced, which greatly enhances the adhesion of the coating. Since the solvent-based galvanization has no heating reduction process, the appearance quality is poorer than that of the zinc layer, and it is susceptible to dezincification and spalling. However, hydrogen reduction by hot-dip galvanizing is more expensive than ammonium chloride solvent galvanizing.
